Shipping Policy

Tombrey is operated by Talented Musicians US Inc. Every item is printed to order. We do not keep finished apparel in stock. A third-party print partner prints your item through Printify after you place your order.

Shipping rates

Shipping is one flat fee per order, no matter how many items are in the order:

  • United States: $4.95 per order.
  • Canada: $5.95 per order.
  • Australia: $6.95 per order.
  • All other countries we ship to: $9.95 per order.

Orders of $75 or more after discounts ship free to every country we ship to. If your order is under $75 after discounts, the flat fee above applies at checkout.

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other European countries.

Where your order ships from

Orders for US, Canada, and Australia are printed in-country. Orders to other destinations may ship from a regional facility or a US facility.

Orders shipped outside the US, Canada, and Australia may owe import duties or taxes. These are set by your local customs authority. Unless they are shown and collected at checkout, they are not included in your order total. The recipient pays them.

Timing

All times below are estimates. They are never guarantees.

  • Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days after you place your order.
  • Delivery after shipping: US and Canada, 2 to 5 business days. Australia, 3 to 6 business days. All other destinations, 10 to 30 business days.
  • Public holidays and peak periods can add time.

We email your tracking link when your order ships. If you did not get it, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Order changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are possible only before your order goes into production. Production usually starts within 24 hours of ordering, but this is not guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible at official@tombrey.com with your order number. Once production has started, we cannot change or cancel the order.

This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

Address errors

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders printed with the address you entered cannot always be rerouted. See our Refund policy for how we handle address errors.
