Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • Every item is printed just for you after you order.
  • One flat fee per order, no matter how many items: US $4.95, Canada $5.95, Australia $6.95, all other countries we ship to $9.95.
  • Orders of $75 or more after discounts ship free to every country we ship to.
  • Printing usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery after shipping: US and Canada 2 to 5 business days, Australia 3 to 6, elsewhere 10 to 30. These are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays can add time.
  • US, Canada, and Australia orders are printed in-country. Other orders may ship from a regional or US facility and may owe local import duties or taxes, paid by the recipient.
  • We email your tracking link when your order ships.
  • Need to change or cancel? Email us right away. It is only possible before production starts. Production usually starts within 24 hours. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

We currently do not ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other European countries.

Returns

  • Every order has a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Email official@tombrey.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  • Misprint, damage, defect, or wrong item: send one or two clear photos. We reprint free or refund the item in full. No need to send anything back.
  • Wrong size or changed mind: we refund the product price, or offer store credit or another size if you prefer. Original shipping is not refunded.
  • Non-defect refunds are limited to one per customer, personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds, and size replacements are limited to one per order. See our Refund policy for details.
  • No restocking or processing fees, ever.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to post them.
